Before we owned the restaurant, we were food venders out of a trailer, but under a tent.
Yep, we used to take everything out of our trailer and put wok and deep fry 4 burner stove. Plumb it in/ hook it up and get everything going before event started. Then pack it all back again. First to come, last to leave.
I’m glad those days are over, but what good memories they were. We have been as far as Walla Walla for their 100 manned balloon show, what a site – over 50,000 in attendance!
And the Laser light show at Grand Coulee, Amazing time & show…….Plus we were making money!
